A cedar bench was dedicated Sept. 24 in memory of M.Asgar Ally, FCA, by the Rotary Club of Agincourt, celebrating their 30th Anniversary of “Service above Self”. This took place in a special garden at L’Amoreaux Collegiate Institute. We were indeed honourred by the school principals from L’Am and Sir J.A.Macdonald Collegiates, the area superintendent, MP Jim Karyganis, Councillor Mike delGrande and our guest of honour, Sima Ally. Our appreciation is extended to our caterer George who donated the reception and to Soo for co-ordinating all the staff at the Collegiate. We wer privilged to meet the current teacher Aaron Liscom, a geography teacher and he will be looking sfter this new concept of the garden. The Mirror Newspaper accepted
