Thanks for getting on Mary. The first time someone comments, an administrator has to approve it. Right now the admins are you, Rajiv, and me. Gil, Colin and Rosemary are editors. Meaning they can go and change/delete anything on the site. Everyone else are authors meaning they can post and edit their own posts.
